Return & Exchange Policy – ClintRMints™
At ClintRMints™, we want every treat to bring a smile (and a happy nicker)! While our horse treats are baked with care and love, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite as planned. Please read our return policy below.
1. General Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
2. Submitting a Return Request
To request a return, please contact us at sue@clintrmints.com with the following:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Description of the issue (please include photos if applicable)
We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Return Shipping Fees
3.1 If ClintRMints™ is at fault (e.g., wrong item, damaged on arrival):
We will cover the cost of return shipping.
3.2 If return is due to customer reason (e.g., changed mind):
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both original and return shipping.
4. Store Credit
- Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only.
- Store credit will be issued once returned items are received and inspected.
- Credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
